It is raining again after typhoon Ondoy and typhoon Pepeng. Quedan is still at sea. Work is always challenging. As IT professional, it never ends. One needs to be updated with what is going on, and one should never be left behind. I see two key elements to persevere and be motivated, sharing a vision and empowering. A good vision do not need money to have the resources you need. A good vision encourages good spirit, brings friends, and strengthens network. It must be a vision that is shared to others and others to be empowered at the same time. Empowering brings motivation and persistence. We should not waste a single grain that makes up the sand, that makes up the mountain, that makes up infinity. =) Though my thoughts are cluttered, I am inspired with the company of others, my friends, my family and most specially the Lord. Thank you for energizing me last night, for reminding me You’re there even when I am at sleep. It has been a good day with my sister’s birthday, meetings, emails, and knowing new faces. Being true to yourself and to God’s will is always an adventure. Today, it’s another day to be inspired. Cool winds, cool day, hard rain but still delightful with good chances and opportunities. I hope no one destroys this mood. Anyway, I cannot waver on my commitments and obligations, in or out (organizations). They are the keys to a good future, and sustainable development. Silently, slowly but surely, we work hard, we maintain focus, and we will reach the goal. Happy Birthday to dear Joseph as well. I thank your parents for bringing you into this world.
