Creative Management

We just ended our two (2) day seminar on creative management given to us by Dr. Mila Du Lagrosa. It has been an interesting seminar with activities that let you see the answers to questions by yourself. Like many, I'm not fond of reading too many materials especially in print. My eyes would just give up trying to read and understand at the same time. I have grown accustomed to exploring materials in the Internet whenever the time is free. 

The two days also gave me an opportunity to feel where my place is in the community. It is not a good thing to see that at some point in time people will just pass by, like you can be better off without. I hope there can be more time like it where people can learn from each other and see the value in each. I enjoyed the time being me despite the technical setups I had to attend in a corner from time to time. Kudos to the organizers.
